Beware of phishing emails claiming to be from Parkingpay

Modified on Thu, 8 Jan at 2:15 PM

Fraudulent emails are currently circulating that pretend to be from Parkingpay and request payment of allegedly unpaid parking fees. These emails are not from Parkingpay.

How to recognize genuine emails from Parkingpay

  • Parkingpay emails are sent exclusively from addresses using the @parkingpay.ch domain.

  • Emails from other domains or with altered spelling are not from Parkingpay.

Important principles

  • Parkingpay does not send payment requests with payment links by email.

  • Payments should never be made via a link in an email.

  • Payments are made exclusively through the Parkingpay account (app or web).
